On July 15, 2021, the Party Branch of Sam Group launched an activity of listening to a lesson in the history of the Party to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Communist Party of China. It’s an event jointed organized by the General Party Branch of Oriental Plaza Party Mass Service Center, the Party Branch of Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, the joint Party Branch of Beijing Tongrentang Wangfujing Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Dong'an Pharmacy, the Party Branch of Marriott Jinmao Hotel and Diaoyutai MGM Hotel Group to invite Xiangdong Jiao, the director of the Party's Basic Theory Teaching and Research Office of the Party Committee of Dongcheng District, Beijing, who delivered a vivid lecture on "the major turns in the history of the Party".
"Taking history as a mirror, you can know the ups and downs." History likes a mirror which can reflect the reality and look into the future from afar. We can draw inspiration and gain willpower from it. Director Xiangdong Jiao took the eight major events in the history of the Communist Party of China as the clue to show the process of how could the Party analyze clearly about the trend of times, firm faith, overcome difficulties and win the initiative at every historical crossroads and critical stage of development and to help everyone understand why the Communist Party of China can achieve its goals.
By taking the lecture, every Party member further understood the confidence and power of the CPC in holding the right direction in chaos, and strengthening courage facing risks and challenges during the process of achieving the great rejuvenation of China.We’re more confident in the capability of the Party to create a more splendid future. In the future, Sam Group will continue to adhere to the leadership of the Party and give full play of the unique advantages and role of the Party organization in the Group, and increase the joint strength of Party organizations in regional economies to contribute to the realization of the "Two Centenary Goals" of Chinese Dream.
