On November 26, 2020, Sam Group Party branch organized Party members, activists, applicants and other colleagues to study the regulatory detailed plan for the core area of the capital city of Beijing for the 2018-2035 period (block level) through a “Party Lecture”. Yang Xu, the deputy director of the Teaching and Research Office of CPC Party School Community Construction of Dongcheng District of Beijing, was invited as the lecturer.

During the lecture, Yang Xu introduced the control plan of the capital's functional core area from five aspects which were the strategic positioning of the city, the positioning of the central governmental functions, the overall protection of the old city, the construction of the most philanthropic and benevolent community, and the orderly and effective implementation of the planning. The explanation in simple words triggered a heated discussion among the attendees.

As an enterprise stationed in Dongcheng District, Sam Group will continue to deeply understand the importance of the core area regulatory plan, as well as the demonstration and leading role of its implementation. We will also commit to assisting the construction of the capital with high standards, and making more efforts to promote the development of the capital city.
