On November 28, China Jing An Co., Ltd. (China Jing An) and China Railway Fourth Bureau Group Co., Ltd. (China Railway Fourth Bureau) held a signing ceremony for the strategic cooperation framework agreement. Jiao Qisen, the Chairman of China Jing An, and Liu Bo, the Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of China Railway Fourth Bureau, jointly attended the ceremony site, and the relevant business leaders of both sides participated in the signing ceremony.

At the meeting, Jiao Qisen briefly introduced the general situation of China Jing An. He stated that China Jing An's business scope covers the fields of energy, oil and gas, police equipment, security and protection, and big data. In recent years, the company has actively explored overseas markets, established global resources, and established close cooperative relationships with relevant international enterprises. China Jing An has huge domestic and overseas market potential and rich resource reserves. It has strong complementarity with China Railway Fourth Bureau in terms of professional advantages and development resources. The prospects for cooperation and development between the two sides are broad. It is hoped that in the future, the cooperation will be deepened to jointly promote the high-quality development of the enterprises.

Liu Bo briefly introduced the basic situation of China Railway Fourth Bureau and the enterprise's development in recent years. He said that China Railway Fourth Bureau is a large-scale construction enterprise with comprehensive construction capabilities. It is one of the few construction enterprises with the qualifications of "Four Special Grade and Seven First-Class" in the national construction industry and the only one in Anhui Province. For five consecutive years, its production and operation scale has exceeded 100 billion yuan in both aspects. Its business is distributed in more than 30 provinces, municipalities directly under the Central Government, and autonomous regions across the country, as well as more than 30 countries around the world. He hoped that in the future, the two sides would join hands, seize opportunities, give full play to their respective advantages, achieve resource sharing, and continuously promote greater achievements in the cooperation between the two sides.

After the signing ceremony, Jiao Qisen and his entourage were invited to visit the thematic exhibition of the Railway Engineering Corps of the Chinese People's Volunteer Army in the War to Resist U.S. Aggression and Aid Korea, the Party Building and Cultural Museum of China Railway Fourth Bureau, and the Enterprise Exhibition Hall.

The signing of this strategic cooperation framework agreement will enable China Jing An to make use of its own industrial resources and platform advantages.
