Since its establishment, China Sam Enterprise Group has always paid close attention to the survival and development of orphans and other social vulnerable groups. On May 10, 2019, Mr. Lin Yuan, Secretary of the Party Branch and Chairman of the Trade Union of China Sam Enterprise Group, was invited to participate in the public welfare performance of the theme "My Motherland and I - Celebrating the 70th Anniversary of the founding of New China and Caring for Orphans and Helping the Growth Together" sponsored by China Song Qingling Foundation, China Song Qingling Youth Science, Technology and Culture Exchange Center and Beijing Shengji Art School. Enterprises and individuals who have supported and helped orphans.

In January 2019, Sam Group donated financial aid to Shengji Art School in Beijing to help orphans from Tibetan areas to study in Beijing and to help them enjoy equal and high-quality educational resources.

Beijing Shengji Art School, founded in 1995, is a private art vocational secondary school. After the Wenchuan earthquake in 2008, in order to help orphans in Tibetan areas enjoy the first-class art education in Beijing, schools abandoned self-funded enrollment and went to Sichuan nine times. Qinghai and Tibet recruited orphans and poor children of collectors through the Bureau of Civil Affairs. 94 orphans and poor children came to Beijing to receive six-year secondary vocational education free of charge and issued diplomas of secondary vocational schools in Beijing. By 2013, the school has become a pure public school.
